#109 Rib and Steamship Round

The ACF- ACT Center in conjunction with Buckhead Beef will be presenting a four hour class awarding 4 CEH credits toward your certification/re-certification. You will learn the principles of breaking down these meats into greater yields, various steaks and other menu concepts.

September TBD, 2010 from 9:00am to 1:00pm at the ACT Center. Location: Food Sales East-Georgia, 1485 Lake Parkway, Lawrenceville, GA  30043.  The class will be limited to the first 30 attendees to register. There will be no cost to attend this class. A sandwich lunch buffet will be provided for registrants. You will receive 4 (ACF) CEH approved credits for attending this course.

Chef Rusty Sigmon is now a certified instructor/proctor for “Serv Safe” and will be offering “Serv Safe” training and testing at the ACT center to all at cost. He will be offering 1 day sessions and 2 day sessions. The minimum number of students would need to be at least 5 and no more than 15. The cost per person will be $150.00 to cover the book, test and mailing. The date will need to be flexible and announce whenever the class is filled.
